  • Mr. Ashok Kumar is Managing Partner of M/s Sanjay Deep & Associates and a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has more than 25 years of experience on advising companies on their business, financial & strategic matters.

CA SANJAY KUMAR (SENIOR PARTNER)

  • Mr. Sanjay Kumar is a Partner and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has vast experience of around 24 Years in Bank audits, statutory audits of corporate clients.
  • Extensive experience in managing statutory audits of start-ups, medium and large Indian entities (Companies as well as Limited Liability Partnerships) including IT / ITES, manufacturing, Insurance etc etc.
  • Experienced in managing internal audits and systems review of various companies in IT / ITES and manufacturing industry.
  • He handled Agency for specialised monitoring of large borrowal accounts.
  • He is a member of Customer Advisory committee in Indian Bank.

  • Shivani Gupta is a Partner and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having 23 years of experience in Consultation corporate and non-corporate clients regarding various Income Tax matters.
  • She is a qualified system auditor. She has a wide experience in conducting audit of banks, NBFCs, entities in public sector, etc.
  • She has wide experience in representing clients at the Income Tax offices.
  • She has attended intensive training programs conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for GST and handles GST compliances for the clients.

  • Mr. Pankaj Goyal is a Fellow member of ICAI. He has 15 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Accounting, Auditing and Finance, with special expertise in appearing before tax authorities.
  • He is in collaboration with stock exchange of India.
  • Payroll services and designing compensation packages is his forte.
  • He is a subject matter expert in internal controls in financial reporting.
  • He has extensive experience in advising companies on setting up operations in India on their tax structuring matters. He leads the tax due diligence team at the Firm.
  • He has vast experience in conduction statutory audits, Forensic Audits and various concurrent and revenue audits of nationalized Banks.

CA NAKUL MITTAL (PARTNER)

  • Mr. Nakul Mittal is a Partner and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
  • He has experience in Assurance Services of around 12 years.
  • He has conducted statutory Audits of manufacturing and service sector Companies, Educational and Charitable institutions, Insurance Companies, Mutual Funds, NBFC’s and other business entities.
  • He has been involved in undertaking forensic audits on behalf of the Firm.

  • Mr. Dheeraj Aggarwal is a Partner and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has rich experience in handling various kinds of audits. He has also undertaken audit of various public sector banks and co-operative banks as well as other business organizations.
